MINARIK GUITARS CUSTOMER SALES POLICY

APPROACH TOWARDS CUSTOMERS - Minarik Guitars will attempt to ensure that every guitar customer receives a guitar which meets the hi-quality standards set up by Minarik Guitars for every guitar sold.

Warranty – Minarik Guitars provides an UNCONDITIONAL 1-year warranty again defects in workmanship for any guitar sold

Replacement – Minarik Guitars will REPLACE any guitar, free of charge, where a customer identifies a manufacturing defect, either functional or cosmetic within 15 days of receipt. Subsequent to 15 days, Minarik Guitars may have the guitar repaired at a local facility at no cost to the customer.

Exchange – An exchange may be made, from a guitar purchased to another model guitar or another color of the same model, at the discretion of Minarik Guitars. Customers/Dealers should contact Minarik Guitars Home Office for advice if an exchange is desired.

Return For Credit - The only circumstances where a straight return will be allowed will be where 1) A guitar is received without features advertised on it, which were on the Minarik website, or 2) a Guitar received is either functionally or cosmetically defective, and there are no more guitars of that model to replace it, and that guitar cannot be returned to its correct condition.
